TERMS OF SERVICE

● Payment via PayPal or Stripe must be paid in full price before I start the commission, no refunds.
● Commission Deadline: Usually I can finish within 3-7 days but it may go up to 15 days depending on my schedule, please be patient.
● Commercial-use apply to stream schedule, thumbnail, twitch panel, advertisements, etc.
● I have the right to refuse any commission requests without the need of an explanation.
● The client may not edit, distribute, reproduce, claim credit of, trace, or PROFIT from the commission UNLESS they decide to pay the commercial rights fee for permission.
● Client, may display my work on any website as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
● Clients have permissions to display the commission art on their profiles but please credit me.
● I will update you WIP (work in progress) while in sketching phase. You may make small adjustments while in sketching phase. Once sketching phase is over, any alterations will be declined.
● Using my works as NFTS is STRICTLY prohibited.
